How do I request a withdrawal?

You can request a withdrawal in Mypage as follows.

 

1. Log in to Mypage.

2. Open [Funds] from the left-hand menu and select [Withdrawal].

3. Select an available withdrawal method.

4. Enter the trading account, amount and recipient information.

5. Check the displayed fees and estimated processing time.

6. Review the information and submit the withdrawal request.

7. After submitting, check the status under [Funds > Transaction History].
