How do I disable two-factor authentication?

You must verify your identity using the currently selected authentication method before disabling two-factor authentication.

 

1. Go to [My Profile > Security] in Mypage.

2. Turn off the [Two-Factor Authentication] switch.

3. Enter the six-digit code for your current authentication method.

- Email: Select [Send Verification Code] and enter the code sent to your email.

- Google Authenticator: Enter the code shown in the authenticator app.

4. Select [Disable].

5. Check the notice confirming that two-factor authentication has been disabled.

※ Disabling 2FA reduces withdrawal security. Keep it enabled unless you have a specific reason to turn it off.
