What are the requirements for a Mypage login password?

A Mypage login password must meet all of the following requirements:

 

- 8–15 characters

- At least one uppercase letter

- At least one lowercase letter

- At least one number

- At least one special character

 

Enter the same value in the new-password and confirm-password fields.

 

For a safer password:

- Do not reuse a password from another website.

- Do not use easy-to-guess information such as your name, date of birth or email address.

- Never share your password with anyone, including Customer Support.
