Suspected Arthapala wallet sends another 6,440 ETH to exchanges, total reaches 108,607 ETH
A wallet believed to be linked to staking and validator service provider Arthapala transferred another 6,440 ETH, worth about $17.98 million at an average price of $2,793, to exchanges in the past six hours, according to on-chain analyst ai_9684xtpa on X. Since June 2025, the wallet has moved a total of 108,607 ETH, valued at roughly $272 million, for unknown purposes.

GameSquare buys $5M worth of ETH
Nasdaq-listed GameSquare (GAME) has announced the purchase of 1,818.84 ETH for $5 million to support its Ethereum treasury. According to JinSe Finance, the company had previously stated plans to build a treasury worth up to $100 million in Ethereum. GameSquare also completed an $8 million fundraising through a stock offering, selling 8,421,054 shares at $0.95 each.

Kinto confirms K token exploit on Arbitrum, mainnet and funds remain safe
Ethereum (ETH) layer-2 project Kinto said on X that an exploit occurred outside its network, affecting the K token on Arbitrum. Assets on the Kinto mainnet and in bridge vaults remain secure. ESMA investigates Malta’s MiCA compliance following OKX authorization
The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has conducted a review of Malta's compliance with the Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) regulations, focusing on the fast-tracked authorization of a crypto asset service provider (CASP) despite unresolved issues. According to CoinDesk, ESMA raised concerns over the lack of thoroughness in the authorization process, with the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) issuing the license without ensuring necessary remediation. Although not confirmed, OKX Exchange, which received pre-authorization in Malta earlier this year, is suspected to be the entity in question.

Coinbase and Copper launch off-exchange settlement for institutions
Coinbase International Exchange, the crypto derivatives platform operated by Coinbase, integrated Copper’s ClearLoop to offer institutional clients fast, secure off-exchange settlement with USDC, reducing counterparty risk and improving capital efficiency, according to Cointelegraph. YZi Labs moves $1.07M in 1INCH to Binance
YZi Labs, the lead investor in 1inch, transferred 5 million 1INCH ($1.07 million) to Binance around an hour ago, according to on-chain analyst @EmberCN on X. This move follows a recent price rise in 1INCH from $0.18 to $0.215 after the 1inch team repurchased tokens. YZi Labs still holds 69 million 1INCH ($14.75 million) on-chain.
